Report a Problem: Potholes / Sinkholes / Deer

For State Roads:

  • PennDOT reminds motorists that potholes / sinkholes and other roadway concerns can be reported by calling (717) 299-7621, or 1-800-FIX-ROAD, or by visiting www.penndot.gov and clicking on “Submit Roadway Feedback”. For life-threatening emergencies, call 9-1-1. For urgent issues, call the associated PennDOT County Office.

For Township Roads:

  • Report by calling (717) 336-1720 or via e-mail. Please be very specific on the location of your concern.

For Township Road Signs:

  • Contact the Township at (717) 336-1720. If it is a Stop sign or Yield sign call the East Cocalico Township Police Department at (717) 336-1725 during regular department hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. If it is after hours, please contact Lancaster County Dispatch at (717) 664-1180 and ask to speak to an Officer.
