East Cocalico Township Authority
The East Cocalico Township Authority's (ECTA) primary mission is to act in the best interest of the customers of East Cocalico Township to provide sufficient, dependable, and a safe supply of water and sanitary sewer services, in the most cost effective manner. The ECTA is comprised of a nine-member Board, appointed by the Board of Supervisors, to serve five-year terms.

You are also reminded that per ECTA’s Rates, Rules and Regulations, all watering of existing, established lawns is prohibited (click here for more information).
The Meadowbrook Area Water & Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation/Replacement Project (Scenic Dr, James Cir, James Dr, Lynda Dr, Kurtis St, Frederick Ave, Connie Dr, Edie Dr and a small portion within an easement area from Kurtis St to N Reading Rd) began construction on July 17, 2023.
