Chapter 7-A of Pennsylvania Act 44 of 2009 mandates the annual disclosure of certain information by every contractor which is a party to a professional services contract with one of the pension funds of the township. Act 44 disclosure requirements apply to contractors who provide professional pension services and receive payment of any kind from the township's pension funds.

The township has two pension plans, the Police Pension Plan for the police officers and the Non-Uniform Pension Plan for all other full-time employees. The Township reviewed the contractor’s disclosure documents and determined there were no conflicts of interest.  Click on the links at the left for the resolution and disclosures.
